  1. Initial screening of resumes of experience for the purpose of Recruitment for clients.
  2. Interview to check skill level & companies fulfillment.
  3. Working on Junior, Mid Level and Sr. level requirements and niche requirements
  4. Responsible for the entire life cycle of recruitment i.e. Requirement Delivery & Follow up process with candidate.
  5. Scheduling interviews & conducting telephonic interviews.
  6. Sourcing the candidates and taking reference from the candidates.
  7. Sourcing CVs from portals, internal database etc
