Think Instant (TI): |
|
| |
|
Think Instant (TI) as the name says is an instant recruitment
solution, moreover to resemble instant coffee, "button dabao, coffee
ready, button dabao, candidates ready." Think Instant is the outcome
of intensive analysis, research and feedback from our clients and the
entire market at large. Think Instant (TI) is a volume based hiring unit,
wherein our recruiters are assigned a particular practice and they exclusively
source on the same. Within this vertical our recruiters are trained extensively
on head-hunting, referencing & data generation. Our focus with TI
is on quality plus quantity. Currently this is a 8 people strong team
across locations and is yet growing, by the year end the team size should
be approximately 14. Our team currently generates over 250 fresh resumes
every week and aligns more than 500 candidates for interviews every week.
This team works exclusively on requirements for candidates within 0-4
years of experience for walk-ins & volume based requirements. The
team is headed by Urvashi Saxena in Mumbai & Manideepa Konar in Pune.

Think Perfect (TP): |
|
| |
|
The differentiating factor between TI & TP is that
Think Perfect would work less on volume and more on the niche requirements.
Within this practice we have two levels of screening, the initial one
by an automated application called cBiz and the latter one by our recruiters.
The members of the team are trained head hunters with strong exposure
to IT recruitment. The team members have the requisite knowledge required
for analyzing & interviewing the candidates. This ensures that the
client finds the right match in the least amount of time. Currently a
team of 16 across locations, this team would grow to a team of 30 shortly.

Think Executive (TE): |
|
| |
|
Clearly as the name denotes TE is a pure executive &
retained search unit. The world isn't that big, but can seem to be a very
large place when trying to find the right candidate to suit your needs.
The team members of Think Executive have been hand picked to ensure that
they can help you find the right match for your organization. Headed by
Hitesh, TE is a 6 member strong team currently catering to the IT &
ITeS sectors only, but will soon be expanding to Media & BFSI. Each
member of the team has been trained & briefed on the executive search
mechanisms, such as head-hunting, networking, evaluating, analyzing, etc.
Currently broken up practice wise, each recruiter is the SPOC for the
practice he/she handles. We have ensured we use the most innovative ways
