Rozina Charania: A MBA from Symbiosis, Pune, is an aggressive task master. She brings to the table 9 years of experience across HR & Sales, prior to founding Think People. She has worked with organizations in Media & Technology, where she has single handedly built entire functions. Rozina has a passion for constantly upgrading her knowledge and is currently pursuing her Masters is Law from the Mumbai University.

Hitesh Bhatia: Hitesh is a seasoned entrepreneur, with over 10 years of entrepreneurship experience across 5 successful ventures. A salesman at heart, Hitesh is always seen selling his concepts & ideas to the board, Mid Management and even the junior execs. He has in his 10 years of recruitment pioneered various new concepts in recruitment, bought about learning from the West and been a key contributor to Think People’s growth. Hitesh is a Hotel Management Graduate from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai & a MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. Currently he is researching on his forthcoming book on recruitment trends.
